Urology
Care for urology patients is a responsible and difficult task. The use of catheters, urine sampling and the whole life with an urological problems are not easy to deal with.
To facilitate patients’ lives a little bit, the experts of Apexmed International B.V. developed Liteform - series of products designed to make the life of urology patients more comfortable.
Apexmed company offers two types of Liteform Urine Collection bags:
- Leg-mounted urine bag. It is a small device which is attached to a leg by elastic bands. A patient can wear a leg bag during the day because it fits discreetly under the clothes. Also it can be easily emptied when it needs to be.
- Bedside urine bag. It is a larger device for urine collection. Usually it’s being used at night when the patient is asleep. Urine bag is usually hung on the bed or placed on the floor.
Litefom Urine Collection Bags are designed to suit a variety of patient needs. Options include sterile or not-sterile, long or short tube, leg bags or night bags etc. Liteform urine bags are descreet, portable and ideal for any occasions when patient is unable to use a toilet. Our urine bags are suitable for either male or female. They can be used without any assistance. Liteform Urine bags are leak-proof and able to measure the urine output.

- Nelaton's catheter
Thermoplastic material softens under the influence of surrounding tissues’ temperature, atraumatic distal end, connector fits urine bags of any type. Sizes Ch/Fr 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20. Catheter length 40±2 ñm.
- Paediatric urine bag
Intended for infant urine samples collection. Capacity 100 ml. Package/ box quantity– 100/5000 pcs.
- Foley catheter
Intended for long-term (up to 7 days) bladder catheterization and various medical manipulations. Sterile. Fabricated from high quality silicone-covered latex. Balloon capacity – from 3 to 30 ml. Package / box quantity– 10/400 pcs.
